Private-beta notice
Foodly is an evolving private beta. Features may change or occasionally fail. Please report problems through in-app feedback. Foodly provides no uptime or backup guarantee; households should not use it as the only record of essential information.
Privacy
Foodly stores account details, household membership, groceries, pantry and meal-planning data that users choose to enter. Household data is shared with active members of that household. Product analytics contain coarse feature events without names, emails, item text, notes, or individual behavior histories. Feedback includes the description, route, build, broad device class, user and household identifiers, and an optional user-selected screenshot. Authorized beta administrators can review feedback and participant access.
Dietary information
Foodly does not provide medical or nutritional advice. Compatibility labels and dietary or allergy settings are organizational aids only. Always check food labels and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Terms of use
Use Foodly only for lawful household coordination. Do not attempt to access another household, disrupt the service, or upload harmful content. You remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of household entries. Access may be revoked during the controlled beta.
Deletion and support
Household owners can request archival; ownership should be transferred before an owner leaves. To request account deletion or ask a privacy/support question, contact support@foodly.systems. Identity confirmation may be required. Shared activity may retain a de-identified actor reference after membership removal to preserve household history.
